Cancellations made 72+ hours before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations 24-72 hours before get 50% refund. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable, but we offer free rescheduling once. Weather-related cancellations receive full refunds.

Passengers need a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, Passport, or Voter ID). For international tourists, a valid passport is required. Minors must carry birth certificates. Baggage is limited to 5kg per passenger.

Yes! We operate seasonal Char Dham helicopter packages from April to November. Routes include Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri. Packages include accommodation, puja arrangements, and return flights.
